    Have you ever wanted to capture the delicious smell of freshly baked bread in a bottle and sprinkle it around like an aromatic herb?

    Dishes made from ingredients of geographical origin and the wine selection of sommelier with the licence Wset 2, and the delicious smell of freshly baked bread.

    Menu:

    • Piran sea bass, salt, sugar and laurel,
    • Teran wine sauce / Tolmin cottage cheese, Soča trout roes and Karst dried ham,
    • "lamb in hand" hidden in a Bela krajina flat cake,
    • matured beef fillet with chicory, chestnut and horseradish,
    • apples in hot coals with hazelnut and zabaione.

    People with a sweet tooth should know that one of the selected wines will certainly be Leonardo by Marjan Simčič (the well-known wine expert Steven Spurrier classified this wine among top 5 in the world…).

    Price per head incl. drinks is 35 euro.
